The Story

Hey, I’m Stefone. I started experimenting with AI in 2023, mainly out of curiosity and a desire to build things without going through the traditional “learn to code for years first” route.

One of my first serious projects was a football prediction system. Using Python scripts, I pulled together data on upcoming matches, team performance, historical statistics, and head-to-head results. I then used basic data analysis to generate predictions, with everything tracked and organised in Excel.

Since then, I’ve continued building and experimenting with AI-assisted development. I use tools like ChatGPT to explore ideas and structure logic, and Google Gemini to help speed up building web apps, small tools, and experiments.

Most of what I’ve learned has come through hands-on trial and error — including an early lesson about testing carefully after accidentally burning through £20 of OpenAI credits in about 15 minutes 😅
